SERVICES

  • Public Relations, stakeholder engagement and crisis communications

The management of an organisation's reputation can be the key to its success. Reputation is a company's most important asset and often its competitive edge. We help businesses manage their reputation by building constructive relationships with the media and all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, employees, investors, journalists and regulators.              Example: Central School of Ballet

Even in the best run business, sometimes things go wrong. We respond decisively and effectively to guide clients through. The internet and the growth of 24 hour media means that reputations and the viability of a business or organisation can be damaged irretrievably without immediate crisis PR management. We work with our clients to manage difficult PR situations honestly and ethically.

  • Media Relations

Effective media relations requires a thorough understanding of your target audience and the media they consume.  Our experience and expertise in handling and working with the media provides our clients with the best possible results. We have worked in broadcasting, digital and print media and have deep knowledge of the industry. And because we have excellent contacts in all fields we know how to get your message heard. Media is becoming more fragmented and more dynamic. We navigate this changing world to help clients launch new brands, sell tickets, drive sales, raise awareness and much more.

  • International marketing and communications campaigns

Example: Templeton Prize - International PR and communications campaign         The Prize is announced each year at a press conference staged in London and broadcast/simulcast online, then awarded at a prestigious ceremony in London staged at venues that have included the Guildhall, the church of St Martin in the Fields and Westminster City Hall.  The annual award by the John Templeton Foundation recognises "a living person who has made an exceptional contribution to affirming life’s spiritual dimension, whether through insight, discovery, or practical works."  This year's Templeton Prize Laureate is Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks. Last year's winner was Jean Vanier, founder of L'Arche, the communities across the world where people with disabilities live alongside the able-bodied.  In 2014 the Prize was awarded to the Czech priest and philosopher Tomáš Halík and in 2013 by the former Archbishop of Cape Town Desmond Tutu.

  • Integrated digital communications

We provide clients with communications campaigns that go beyond media relations.  Understanding the difference between earned and owned media, between paid for and shared content is the currency of modern marketing communications, embracing traditional PR skills and maximising the possibilities of social/digital or sometimes called peer-to-peer media.  An entire campaign can be built on a simple story reaching audiences in a compelling and meaningful way.

  • Content creation and management

Example: Latymer Upper School - brand films            Latymer is an independent co-educational school in west London.  Their brief was to create films to communicate with key stakeholders focusing on future pupils and their parents, existing pupils and parents, donors for their well--established bursary programme as well as the local community.  Three films were created, helping to tell the story of the school, its aims, values and curriculum through the students and supporters themselves.  The main film, Student Life can be viewed below.
